Privacy policy

1. Purpose — this policy explains how information submitted through the Čalije Parking website is handled during the project preparation phase.

2. Controller — Dragan Zdravković is the responsible person for Čalije Parking and the controller of data collected through the website during the project preparation phase. Privacy requests: kontakt@calije.daninihub.com. The final contracting operator and all legally required business details will be published before paid parking service starts.

3. Data collected — the form may collect name, email, optional phone, company, enquiry type, message, language, time received, technical user-agent and internal lead status. A raw IP address is not written to the lead record in this phase, although hosting/server logs may contain network data for technical and security purposes.

4. Purposes — data is used to receive and answer the specific enquiry, assess parking-space or partnership needs, prepare an individual offer when appropriate and maintain necessary communication records.

5. Legal basis — where GDPR applies, enquiries aimed at a possible contract may be processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, while necessary business communication, security and documentation may rely on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Any newsletter or separate marketing that requires consent will use separate consent and will not be inferred from a parking enquiry.

6. Recipients — hosting/server infrastructure and the service used to send notifications about incoming enquiries may process data as necessary. Contact data is not sold to third parties.

7. Retention — data is kept only while needed for enquiry handling, follow-up, offer preparation or legitimate legal interests, then deleted or anonymised.

8. Rights — users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and, where applicable, object to processing. Contact: kontakt@calije.daninihub.com.

9. Supervisory authority — for processing connected with the Serbian project, users may contact the competent personal-data protection authority in the Republic of Serbia. Where GDPR applies to processing by the Germany-based controller, users may also contact a competent EU supervisory authority; for a private provider based in Duisburg this is generally the LDI Nordrhein-Westfalen.
