Website terms and expression of interest

1. Scope — these terms govern use of the website during the preparation phase and non-binding enquiries for private parking, business/fleet parking and partnerships.

2. No reservation — submitting a form does not reserve a specific space, confirm a price or opening date, guarantee availability or create a payment obligation.

3. Offer and contract — price, number of spaces, location, term, start date, payment, cancellation and other conditions apply only when expressly included in an individual offer or contract and accepted by the relevant parties.

4. Capacity — published capacity is a working model and may change after technical and municipal checks.

5. Future parking rules — before paid use begins, users will receive rules covering access, permitted vehicles, assigned spaces, safety, responsibility and termination of use.

6. B2B — business and fleet arrangements are governed by a separate offer or agreement.

7. Sponsorship — advertising and sponsorship arise only after agreement on scope, duration, consideration and required approvals.
